Founded at the same time as the Lakefield Estate, the landowners' societies mission is to preserve the exceptional quality of life of this peaceful place. Its members ensure the conservation of the environment, the beauty of the site and positive relations between residents, while maintaining the freedom of residents.

Services to support any new buyer:

The assistance of a forestry technician to maintain the health of the vegetation on your property. (Forest management plan carried out for the estate)

The establishment and monitoring of carefully drawn up internal regulations to ensure the quality of life and environment of the estate.

Control of all properties to ensure that tree cutting, construction, noise and pollution regulations are respected.

The careful tracing and maintenance of the Estates roads (all private). Maintenance carried out by the SPDL.
